Leaders on Purpose Welcomes Andreas Loy as Advisor to Strengthen Leadership in the Era of AI and Advanced Computing
London / New York | March 24, 2026
Leaders on Purpose today welcomed technology entrepreneur and AI systems builder Andreas Loy as Advisor, strengthening its perspective at the intersection of executive leadership, artificial intelligence, and advanced computing.
Loy is co-founder of KONUX, an AI and IoT company applying predictive analytics and machine intelligence to government and industrial infrastructure. Under his leadership, the company scaled to a valuation exceeding $500 million and developed systems that improve reliability and performance across large-scale industrial networks globally.
His work has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35, and Capital Magazine 40 Under 40. He has also served as a member of the World Economic Forum Global AI Council and as a European Digital Leader, contributing to international discussions on emerging technology and governance.

As Advisor, Loy will provide strategic insight as Leaders on Purpose continues to support senior executives navigating technological acceleration and structural change.
“Technology is no longer a discrete function within organizations. It increasingly shapes the infrastructure beneath strategy, capital allocation, and governance,” said Christa Gyori, Co-Founder of Leaders on Purpose. “As computational capability advances, institutional durability will depend on how effectively intelligence systems are integrated into operating architecture. Andreas brings practical experience building AI systems in real-world infrastructure environments, alongside a clear understanding of how those systems scale.”
“When we built KONUX, the priority was embedding intelligence into critical infrastructure to address real operational constraints and unlock capacity in complex systems,” said Andreas Loy. “As AI systems mature, leadership conversations must move beyond experimentation toward disciplined integration. I’m pleased to support Leaders on Purpose as it convenes executives navigating that shift.”
This collaboration reflects the continued evolution of Leaders on Purpose as a platform for senior leaders addressing governance, capital strategy, and institutional resilience in a technology-shaped operating environment.
