MODULE 2: Resilience Through Impact — Leveraging Next-Generation Business Models for Competitive Edge

In today’s volatile environment, resilient organizations are the ones that can anticipate disruption, respond with clarity, and create value across multiple dimensions — social, organizational, and financial. In this module, you’ll learn how leading companies strengthen their long-term advantage by aligning decisions, capabilities, and operating models with the forces reshaping global markets. You’ll assess where your organization stands today and identify strategic opportunities to enhance resilience, unlock innovation, and build a business model that can thrive amid uncertainty.

MODULE 3: The Alignment Imperative – Uniting All Aspects of Your Organization for Success

he Maximizing Potential module offers leaders a deep exploration of organizational alignment and why it is essential for performance, resilience, and long-term success. Participants will learn to diagnose alignment across multiple dimensions — strategy, culture, capabilities, incentives, communication, and decision-making — including areas that are often overlooked until they become costly barriers to progress. In this module, we explore the critical role of collaboration in driving organizational performance, innovation, and long-term advantage. In today’s interconnected, fast-moving environment — shaped by AI, global interdependence, and rapidly shifting expectations — no leader can succeed in isolation. This module equips participants with the practices and mindsets needed to build effective cross-functional, cross-sector, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Participants will learn how to leverage collaborative networks to accelerate execution, unlock new opportunities, and strengthen their organization’s ability to navigate complexity and achieve strategic goals.

MODULE 5: Strategic Sequencing & Integrated Leadership

In this module, participants explore the role of sequencing and alignment in driving effective organizational change. Building on the insights from earlier sessions, this module focuses on how the order, timing, and framing of decisions can accelerate — or derail — transformation. Drawing on findings from the Leaders on Purpose CEO Study and best practices from across industries, participants will examine how strategic sequencing strengthens clarity, trust, and execution. They’ll assess common pitfalls, such as misaligned messaging, fragmented initiatives, or premature rollouts, and learn how to avoid them. Through discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will develop a clearer understanding of how aligned sequencing supports smoother implementation, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and better long-term outcomes. This module sets the stage for the final session, where participants will integrate these insights into their own leadership roadmaps.

MODULE 6: Achieving the Extraordinary 

In this final module, participants bring together the key insights, frameworks, and capabilities developed throughout the program. This session focuses on integrating learning into practical next steps and strengthening each participant’s personal leadership roadmap for the months ahead. What is the format of this course?

This course is delivered live online across six weekly modules. Participants engage in discussions, case studies, group work, and guided reflection, supported by additional recorded content.

 

What if I cannot attend all SIX modules?

Although attending all six modules is recommended, we understand that schedules vary. All sessions are recorded, and participants will have access to the content to review at their convenience.

We offer a full refund up to two weeks before the course start date. After that point, partial refunds are available based on the amount of content delivered.
