This partnership brings end-to-end quantum-driven solutions into flagship executive development program through real computational challenges sourced from participating leaders

London, UK & Baar, Switzerland | April 17, 2026

Leaders on Purpose has brought quantum computing pioneer Dynex into its Leadership Intelligence Circle, completing a rare three-part approach that gives senior executives direct engagement with the technologies and innovation methods increasingly shaping how large organizations operate and compete.

The approach brings together Dynex, AI entrepreneur Andreas Loy, founder and vice chairman of KONUX and a former member of the World Economic Forum’s Global AI Council, and Dragon Camp, the innovation platform co-founded by Craig Hatkoff, co-founder of the Tribeca Festival and the Disruptor Foundation, and Irwin Kula.

Through the partnership with Dynex in particular, members of the Leadership Intelligence Circle will bring forward computational challenges from their organizations for review with Dynex and Leaders on Purpose. From these, one or two priority challenges will be selected for the development of end-to-end quantum-driven solutions, powered by Dynex’s proprietary Quantum-as-a-Service (QaaS) platform. This approach is designed to connect executive learning with real enterprise needs and to demonstrate how quantum-driven approaches can be applied to complex business problems in a practical, solution-oriented way.

The collaboration is designed to move beyond theoretical discussion and toward a more grounded understanding of how quantum-driven systems are beginning to influence business, cybersecurity, investment strategy, and operational decision-making.

“Quantum is no longer a future headline,” said Daniela Herrmann, Co-Founder and CEO of Dynex. “It is increasingly relevant to real-world, high-value challenges across optimization, financial modeling, security, and healthcare innovation. Organizations that build understanding and capability early will be better positioned as quantum-driven systems move further into practical deployment.”

Herrmann brings extensive experience across technology, business, and investment, and has been recognized for her leadership in scaling innovation-focused companies. Through Dynex Moonshots, the Family Office of Dynex, she also supports pioneering initiatives across health, society, nature, and space. Her broader work reflects a consistent focus on translating advanced technologies into practical, decision-ready applications that support real-world deployment.

As part of the pilot cohort, participating leaders will contribute real computational challenges drawn from their own business contexts. Selected challenges will form the basis for one or two end-to-end quantum-driven solution pathways developed with Dynex, giving the cohort direct visibility into how quantum-driven opportunities are identified, prioritized, and translated into enterprise-ready applications.

“Rather than discussing quantum in the abstract, our participants will bring forward real computational challenges from their organizations,” said Christa Gyori, Co-Founder of Leaders on Purpose. “Together with Dynex, we will identify one or two priority use cases and explore how end-to-end quantum-driven solutions can be developed around them. That makes the Leadership Intelligence Circle both strategic and grounded in real business reality.”

Dynex’s partnership builds on the Intelligence Circle’s broader mission to equip leaders with the understanding needed to navigate emerging technologies and their strategic implications. By incorporating quantum-driven solution design into the program, the Leadership Intelligence Circle deepens its focus on how advanced computational systems are reshaping enterprise decision-making.

“Leaders need to understand not only what quantum-driven technologies are, but how they may begin to influence the structure of competition, decision-making, innovation and impact in their industries,” said Dr. Tatiana Tarnowski, Co-Founder of Leaders on Purpose. “Dynex brings both the technological depth and the enterprise perspective to help prepare leaders for that shift.”

The Leadership Intelligence Circle pilot cohort will begin in May 2026 and will bring together a small group of senior leaders from around the world. The application-only, six-month program integrates strategic foresight, executive learning, and selected real-world computational challenge exploration in partnership with Dynex.

Applications are now open for the first cohort.

About Dynex

Dynex (www.dynex.co) is an award-winning global technology solutions provider focused on the development and deployment of end-to-end quantum-driven solutions at industrial scale, powered by it’s proprietary Quantum-as-a-Service (QaaS) technology. The technology is embedded in a unique cloud-based, qubit-agnostic platform architecture, which gives customers access to using Dynex’s emulation technology supporting up to 1,000,000 algorithmic qubits or Dynex’s quantum-driven neuromorphic Apollo chip at room temperature, designed to operate with up to 10,000 physical p-qubits and Zeus, a breakthrough full-quantum processor prototype built on a nitrogen-vacancy (NV) nanodiamond spin-qubit architecture, operating at room temperature.

Dynex delivers customized, production-grade solutions to global enterprises through seamless API integration and access to the platform, leveraging quantum and quantum-driven computational capabilities within established technology stacks. By combining scalable infrastructure with domain-specific implementation, Dynex advances practical accessibility and cost-efficient adoption of next-generation computational paradigms.

The transition towards mainstream adoption with Dynex’s quantum and quantum-driven computing has been underpinned by the ethical integrity of Dynex. This has been led and safeguarded by Dynex Moonshots (www.dynexmoonshots.com), Family Office of Dynex, steward of the Ethical Committee and investor in pioneers shaping the future across health, society, nature, and space by fostering significant breakthroughs.
