About the Corporate Leadership Circle
The Corporate Leadership Circle is designed for senior executives and enterprise leaders navigating moments of profound transition — where strategy, leadership, technology, capital, and global systems converge.
This curated six-month experience provides access to a trusted peer group, decision-grade intelligence, and confidential conversations with leaders actively shaping future-fit markets from within large organizations. Participation is intentionally limited to ensure depth, candor, and strategic relevance at the highest level.
Membership by Invitation & Application
The Corporate Leadership Circle is carefully curated.
Each application is reviewed individually, followed by a conversation with aligned candidates. Final admission is approved internally to preserve the quality, balance, and ambition of the cohort. Decisions are communicated within five working days. Any initial contribution is fully refunded should an application not be accepted.
Terms of Participation
By submitting your application and completing payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Application & Review
The Leadership Circle is a curated membership designed for aligned leaders navigating long-term transitions in capital, leadership, and global systems. All applications are reviewed on a rolling basis to ensure alignment with the purpose and integrity of the circle. Leaders on Purpose may contact applicants for a brief follow-up conversation prior to final confirmation.
2. Membership & Participation
Participation is based on active, respectful, and thoughtful engagement. Members are encouraged to attend at least two touchpoints (e.g. peer roundtables, learning labs, or salons) to derive full value from the experience. Sessions are conducted under Chatham House Rule to ensure confidentiality and open exchange.
3. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to contribute in a collegial, constructive, and collaborative manner. Leaders on Purpose reserves the right to pause or discontinue participation if conduct is inconsistent with the values of the community.
4. Payment, Review & Refunds
Membership operates on a monthly recurring basis. Payment secures your application and the initial month of participation. If an application is not accepted, the initial payment will be fully refunded within five (5) working days. Once participation is confirmed, membership renews monthly and may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for months already commenced following acceptance.
5. Use of Materials
All materials, insights, and frameworks shared within the Leadership Circle are intended for personal leadership development and internal use only. Redistribution, recording, or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your personal data will be used solely for Leaders on Purpose communications, programming, and community engagement. Data will not be shared with third parties outside the Leaders on Purpose ecosystem.
