About the Leadership Circle
The Leadership Intelligence Circle brings together a carefully curated cohort of 25 CEOs, investors, entrepreneurs and senior decision-makers to navigate the opportunities and challenges of the Intelligence Era.
Built on more than a decade of Leaders on Purpose CEO research and leadership convenings, the six-month programme combines frontier intelligence, applied methodologies, hands-on technology exploration and confidential peer exchange.
Designed for leaders shaping companies, allocating capital, building businesses and influencing markets, the Circle helps translate emerging technological and systemic shifts into better strategic decisions, new business opportunities and practical action.

Membership by Invitation & Application
Each Leadership Intelligence Circle is carefully curated to bring together complementary perspectives, expertise and ambitions.
Applications are reviewed individually, followed by a brief conversation with selected candidates. Final admission is confirmed by Leaders on Purpose to preserve the quality and balance of the cohort.
Applications are open for the inaugural cohort beginning 9 November 2026. Limited places remain.
Terms of Participation
By submitting your application and completing payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Application & Review
The Leadership Intelligence Circle is a curated six-month programme for senior leaders. Applications are reviewed individually to ensure alignment with the purpose, quality and balance of the cohort. Leaders on Purpose may invite applicants for a brief conversation before confirming admission.
2. Membership & Participation
Membership includes the six-month programme and its associated sessions and activities. Members are encouraged to participate actively and contribute constructively. Confidential discussions are conducted under the Chatham House Rule.
3. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully and collaboratively. Leaders on Purpose reserves the right to discontinue participation if conduct is inconsistent with the values of the community.
4. Payment, Review & Refunds
Membership is billed monthly over six months. Payment secures your application and initial month of participation. If an application is not accepted, the initial payment will be fully refunded within five working days. Following acceptance, payments are subject to the agreed six-month membership terms.
5. Programme Delivery
Session dates, contributors and formats may be adjusted to ensure programme quality and relevance. Travel and accommodation for in-person sessions are not included unless otherwise specified.
6. Use of Materials
Programme materials and frameworks are intended for personal professional development and internal organizational use. Redistribution, recording or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Personal information will be processed for application review, programme administration and relevant communications in accordance with the Leaders on Purpose Privacy Policy.
