This two-week jumpstart program will connect your business strategy with practical purpose-centered goals. You will learn techniques for making a purpose centered business transformation. This involves case studies and participants bringing in a current or proposed project to allow for useful application of the tools and concepts. Our curriculum covers topics such as: systems thinking for change, purpose-driven leadership, innovation and organizational learning, fostering a purpose-based performance culture, and collaboration for impact. Through pre-recorded material, online workshops, readings and peer-to-peer collaboration, participants will gain key knowledge. Upon completion, you will be better prepared to empower your organization, and gain new insights on successfully navigating a purpose centered transformation for positive impact. 

Individually, you will discover how to align your project to purpose, strategy, and performance to maximize its impact. And collaborating in small teams, you will broaden your knowledge base and professional affiliations while connecting with top executives from diverse backgrounds, industries, and countries.

All participants will be asked to bring a current or proposed project to the course which we will work on individually and as a team. Upon completion, you will have gained new tools, feedback and a framework which can be applied to this project. 

For distinguished projects there will be the opportunity to attend Leaders on Purpose events such as the 6th Leaders on Purpose CEO Summit in New York City in September 2023.

What is the course format?

This course is designed as a blend of asynchronous and synchronous learning, with a mix of pre-recorded interviews and segments, interactive webinars, case studies, and group discussions. The course is structured into modules that build upon each other, with opportunities for Instructor and peer feedback with both group and individual work throughout.


What can I expect to learn in this course?

By enrolling in this course, you'll gain a high level understanding of the business case for purpose-centered business practices in a global  context. You'll receive practical guidance on stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies to develop a clear purpose-centered roadmap for a project you are working on in your organization. Moreover, you'll learn how some leaders navigate specific challenges that multinational organizations face while transitioning to purpose-centered business practices.


This course will also help you build a culture of purpose-centered innovation and collaboration, and you'll learn how to measure and report on purpose-centered performance. You'll be equipped to navigate the complex regulatory landscape for purpose-centered business practices and develop purpose-centered solutions to public problems that align with local cultural and regulatory environments.


What is the format of this course?

This course is delivered online in a live, interactive format. Participants will attend four modules over a period of two weeks, and will participate in discussions, case studies, group exercises, and individual reflection.


What if I cannot attend all four modules?

While it is recommended that participants attend all four modules to get the full benefit of the course, we understand that schedules may not allow for this. Participants will have access to recordings of each module and can review missed content on their own time.


What makes this course different from other leadership courses?

This course is unique in that it focuses specifically on purpose-centered business transformation. It draws on best practices from purpose-centered organizations and includes practical guidance, tools and frameworks developed by experts from Leaders on Purpose and our partner organizations.  Application to a current project is designed to be practical and actionable, allowing participants to implement purpose-centered practices within a short timeframe.


What’s the expected time commitment?

The expected time commitment for this course is approximately 20-25 hours over the 2 week course, including attending the four live modules and completing individual and group exercises.


What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund up to two weeks before the course start date. After that, we offer a partial refund based on the amount of course content that has been delivered.
